What happens after the trial period?
The trial covers Basic only. You enter a card at signup, but DKK 0 is charged today. On day 8 the subscription renews automatically at DKK 39/mo unless you cancel before then. Cancel before day 7 and you pay nothing.
Can I change plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade anytime. The change takes effect from your next billing date.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard through Stripe's hosted checkout. Your card details never touch our servers.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
MadPlanner is a web app at app.madplanner.dk — it works on phone, tablet and computer. On iPhone you use Safari and can add it to your home screen as an icon. On Android you can also download our app directly from us at /hent. There is no App Store or Google Play listing.
What's the difference between Basic and Premium?
Premium adds AI-driven meal planning that learns your family's taste, unlimited supermarkets and per-meal nutrition insight.
Is my data secure?
MadPlanner is GDPR compliant and hosted in the EU. All traffic is encrypted with TLS 1.2/1.3, and sensitive fields — such as allergies and receipt images — are additionally encrypted at rest. We never see your card details. See our privacy policy for the full picture.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, cancel anytime straight from the app. No commitment, no hidden fees.
