These terms of service govern your use of MadPlanner's subscription service on madplanner.dk. By creating an account and subscribing, you accept these terms.

1. Subscription and pricing
MadPlanner offers three subscription tiers: Free, Basic (39 DKK/month) and Premium (49 DKK/month). Current prices are always shown on the pricing page. All prices include VAT.
Paid subscriptions run month-to-month or year-to-year depending on your chosen billing interval. You can change your billing interval at any time — the change takes effect at your next renewal.
1.1 Free trial period
New paid subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before expiration, your subscription activates automatically and the selected amount will be charged.
1.2 Beta pricing
During the beta phase, MadPlanner offers special pricing to the first 50 users for the first 3 months. After that, regular pricing applies. Beta users will be notified of pricing changes by email at least 14 days in advance.
2. Payment and renewal
Payment is processed via Stripe, which supports Visa, Mastercard, and MobilePay. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, unless you cancel in advance.
You will receive a receipt by email for each payment. Invoices can be downloaded in the app under account settings.
3. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from the app or by contacting us. There is no commitment period and no cancellation fee.
Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account automatically downgrades to the Free plan.
3.1 Satisfaction guarantee
If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, we will refund your full amount. No questions asked. Contact us at privacy@madplanner.dk.
4. Scope and limitations of service
MadPlanner is a digital service for meal planning and shopping lists for private users. Commercial use requires prior written agreement.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with 30 days' notice. In the event of discontinuation, prepaid subscriptions will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
5. Limitation of liability
MadPlanner is provided "as is and as available". We are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, or damages arising from temporary service interruptions.
Our total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount you have paid for your subscription in the last 12 months.
6. Changes to terms of service
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email with at least 14 days' advance notice. Continued use of the service after new terms take effect is considered acceptance.
7. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes will first be resolved amicably. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be settled by Danish courts.
